Accessibility at Alltasko

Alltasko aims to support customers, professionals and administrators who use a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

Alltasko aims to provide substantially equivalent access to its information, controls and services for people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing platform requirement, not a one-time project.

Our design and engineering baseline includes semantic page structure, clear names and instructions, keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, text enlargement and reflow, meaningful image alternatives, accessible status messages and errors, and controls sized for touch and pointer use.

Supported ways to use Alltasko

We avoid relying on color, position, shape or sound alone to communicate meaning.

  • Navigate menus, forms, dialogs and primary workflows without a mouse.
  • Use headings, landmarks, labels and status announcements with a screen reader.
  • Zoom text and page content up to 200% without losing essential information or operation.
  • Use the platform on common phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
  • Reduce or disable non-essential motion through device or browser preferences.

How we improve

Alltasko uses automated checks and focused manual review of important customer, professional and administrator journeys when practical. Reviews may include keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form errors, dialogs, responsive layouts, zoom and screen-reader-oriented names and structure.

No automated or manual process can prove that every experience is accessible to every person. Reports from users help identify barriers and prioritize fixes that block important tasks.

Third-party services

Some sign-in, payment or linked content is provided by third parties. Alltasko works to choose accessible services and to make the transition to them clear, but their interfaces are controlled by their respective providers. Please report a barrier even when it appears on a connected service so we can help identify an alternative path.

Report an accessibility barrier

If any part of Alltasko is difficult to perceive, understand, navigate or operate, email notifications@alltasko.com. Describe the page or task, what happened, the device and browser used, and any assistive technology involved. Do not include a password, full payment-card number or unnecessary medical information.

Alltasko will review accessibility reports and work toward a reasonable alternative when one is available. Requests for another communication format or reasonable assistance may be sent to the same address.
